Processing point:
instant payment conversionSubscription date: Change based on the date of the upgrade request
Payment basis: Payment rate - Reward
Reward based on: 'Instant Reward' by prorating the remaining days of the existing fee
2️⃣ Downgrade (Pro → Starter)
At time of processing:
Convert on next billing dateOn a monthly plan: Convert on next month's recurring payment
On an annual plan: Converted on next year's rebill
Subscription date: No change
Payment based on : Payment based on the requested rate after the end of the current monthly or annual plan
3️⃣ Change your annual plan
When processed: Switch on next billing day
4️⃣ Change monthly plan
Processed when: converted on next billing day
