You can upload your own images or videos to use.
Your uploaded media (images, videos) will be automatically saved to your 'My files'.
Are there any limits on video length or file size?
There is no length limit for videos, and the maximum upload size is 300MB.
Are there any limits on image file formats and size?
For images, we recommend using JPG, PNG, and GIF format images.
Images must have a minimum resolution of 100x100 and a maximum upload size of 300 MB.
Limit on the number of files uploaded at once:
You can upload up to 10 images.

Images or videos can be added by clicking the 'Add file' button drag-and-drop.

If the file upload fails, please check for the following circumstances:
File Corruption:
Small-sized images, for example, 3 KB, may result in corrupt files. Please double-check the downloaded file.
Under/Over Recommended Size:
If your image falls below the minimum size of 100X100 pixels or exceeds the maximum size of 300MB, the upload may fail. Please try uploading within the recommended size.
External Network Blockage:
Upload failures may occur due to firewall restrictions blocking VCAT's access to your server. This issue may arise, when attempting to connect via mobile tethering on a laptop.
