Image upload failures can happen due to various reasons. As a general solution, we recommend the following two methods,

📌 Turn off your firewall settings

Firewalls are essential for shielding your computer from external threats, yet at times, their protection can inadvertently block necessary traffic. This often occurs when network requests required for image uploads are obstructed. If you encounter this issue, you might consider temporarily disabling your firewall settings. However, it's crucial to assess your computer's security status beforehand and promptly reactivate the firewall once the upload is complete.

📌 Switch to another browser

Occasionally, errors with plugins or browser settings can hinder your ability to interact with a website. If you encounter this issue, we suggest trying to upload images using a different browser such as Chrome, Edge, or Whale. If successful in a different browser, the problem likely stems from the original browser. In such cases, consider updating or reinstalling it.

If the issue persists despite trying these solutions,

It may be due to a server issue on the VCAT.AI website, a network connection problem, or an issue with the image file you're attempting to upload. In such instances, we recommend reaching out to the chatbot in the bottom right corner of VCAT.AI, checking your network connection, or attempting to upload a different image file.
